Referral Real Estate is not a multiple listing service but is a member of the SoCal MLS. Aside from being a member, Referral Real Estate Services nor TheOCmls.com are in any way affiliated with the Tempo MLS system, SoCalMLS, it’s affiliates or it’s subsidiaries including but not limited to Pacific West Assoc. of Realtors, Newport Beach Assoc. of Realtors, Burbank Assoc. of Realtors, Southland Regional Assoc. of Realtors, Downey Assoc. of Realtors, Inc., Hemet-San Jacinto Assoc. of Realtors, Laguna Board of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, and Rancho Southeast Assoc. of Realtors.
